Up-front investment will pay huge dividends in employee alignment, satisfaction, and retention. And that drives good CX. As Ralf Speth, CEO of Jaguar/LandRover once observed, "if you think the cost of good design is expensive, you should see the cost of bad design." We couldn't agree more: we don't want to waste our clients' time or money, and instead get them to launch even faster.
Clients regularly tell us that "I look at my industry totally differently as a result of this project," and that our workshops are "the most productive days of my career." Which sounds pretty serious to us, even if they are having fun along the way.
Employees are humans, not robots. Like our end customers, they also want to be engaged, delighted, and involved. This means that Megafauna's nontraditional methods may get them out of their comfort zone, but we also don't ideate with goofy props like bean bag chairs and lightbulb hats, either.
Our offerings go from a few hours for speaking engagements, to week-long workshops, to multiple-week sprints, to several months for more holistic growth work, to retained and fractional work.
One thing we WON'T do is what other consultancies call "land and expand": coming in focused but then growing the team (and billings) with non-value-added follow-on work and unnecessary roles. Our goal is to solve a problem with you, and strengthen your org -- so that we work ourselves out of a job.
We strive for clarity in everything, but in this case, "it depends." It depends on your scope, ambition, timeline, end deliverables.
